• We cannot take over the phone payments and do not accept cheques.

• Postal gift vouchers are sent via first class via royal mail. ALL POSTED GIFT VOUCHERS WILL BE POSTED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS. Please allow extra time for delivery during bank holiday periods and Christmas.

• It is possible to collect Gift Vouchers in the salon. Please call ahead to arrange a suitable time to collect and pay for the gift voucher.

​

• Refunds will only be given at the salon owners discretion.

​

• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift Vouchers  are valid for 12 months from the month of purchase.

• The expiry month will be clearly marked on the Gift Voucher. Gift Voucher holders should make all reasonable effort to schedule an appointment to redeem the Gift Voucher before the expiry month. Extensions may be given at the salon owners discretion and consent.

• Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment towards treatments offered at Sugar Beauty. Where a Gift Voucher Holder wishes to use the Gift Voucher towards treatments which are lower than the face value of the voucher no change can be given but the balance will remain on the Gift Voucher and can be used as full or part payment towards a future visit.

• Recipients of Sugar Beauty E-Gift Vouchers should download and print a copy of the Gift Voucher. E-Gift Voucher Holders can also present the valid e-voucher on their phone/tablet.

• Where a Gift Card Holder wishes to buy treatments with a higher value than the face value of the Gift Voucher then she will be required to pay the difference.

​

• Gift Voucher holders should present the Gift Voucher at the end of treatment.

​

• While all effort is made to ensure treatments are available as advertised there may by times where certain treatments may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
